The terms governing your use of this website and our services.

### About Vado Freight

Vado Freight LLC is an independent sales representative of Priority-1, Inc. (USDOT 2222837, MC-312916), a licensed and bonded freight broker. All freight is brokered by Priority-1, Inc. Vado Freight does not operate motor vehicles. Priority-1, Inc.'s name and MC number appear on your shipping documents.

### Use of This Site

This website is provided for informational purposes. Quotes, rates, and transit estimates are indications based on available data and are not binding until confirmed in writing for a specific shipment. Truckload pricing in particular is a market-based estimate subject to carrier confirmation.

### Service Terms

All freight moves under Priority-1, Inc.'s broker-carrier agreements and standard industry terms. Carrier liability, claims, and limits of liability are governed by those terms and the carrier's tariff and insurance.

### No Warranty

This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current at all times.

### Limitation of Liability
