Operating Authority
Vado Freight LLC is an independent sales representative of Priority-1, Inc. (USDOT 2222837, MC-312916), a licensed and bonded freight broker. All freight is brokered by Priority-1, Inc. Vado Freight does not operate trucks.
Carrier Vetting
Every carrier is checked for active operating authority, insurance and safety record before it hauls for us. Carriers must carry auto liability and cargo coverage.
Your Information
We collect what you give us to quote and move freight: contact details and shipment details. We use it to quote, book and track your shipments and to keep accurate records. We do not sell it. The privacy policy has the full list.
Stopping Contact
You can ask us to stop calling, texting or emailing at any time: use the opt-out page, reply to any message, or contact us. We honor the request for the number and address you give us.
Consent
Our forms ask for this consent, word for word: "I agree to receive calls and text messages from Vado Freight at the number provided, including automated or AI-assisted calls and texts, about my quotes and shipments. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." The consent text, its version and the time you gave it are kept on your record. Claims
Report damage or shortage at delivery and tell us promptly. Claims are handled with the carrier and its insurer under the applicable carrier liability terms.
