Vado Freight LLC ("Vado Freight," "we," "us") is an independent sales representative of Priority-1, Inc. (USDOT 2222837, MC-312916), a licensed and bonded freight broker. All freight is brokered by Priority-1, Inc. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Reach us through our contact form.
Information you give us. When you request a quote, use the load calculator, fill out a form, call us, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name, company, email, phone number, and shipment details like origin, destination, freight class, weight, and pallet counts.
Business contact information. We use commercially available business databases to find companies that ship freight, along with work contact details for people there, such as name, job title, company, work email, and work phone.
Calls. Calls with Vado Freight may be recorded and transcribed, including calls handled by an automated or AI voice assistant. We use recordings and transcripts to keep accurate records, follow up on what was discussed, and honor requests not to be contacted.
Website data. Our site uses cookies from HubSpot, our CRM, to measure visits and to connect form submissions to your contact record. A small cookie records that you have seen the cookie notice so it is not shown again. Our forms can remember your name, email, company, and phone in your own browser so you don't have to retype them. That data stays on your device, and the "Not you? Clear" link removes it. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam and bots. We share information only as needed to run the business:
We do not sell personal information.
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends one, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Our site does not otherwise change how it works in response to Do Not Track signals.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
If you agree to receive texts from Vado Freight, we may text you about quotes, shipments, scheduling, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or reach us through our contact form. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us.
You can tell us to stop contacting you any time, in any of these ways:
We act on requests right away, and always within 10 business days. To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us.
We keep business records as long as needed to serve customers and meet legal and tax requirements. If you opt out, we keep your phone number on our do-not-contact list permanently. That's the only way to make sure you aren't contacted again.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you through our contact form. If you ask us to delete your information, we still keep your phone number on our do-not-contact list so we can honor your opt-out.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Parts of the site may not work as well without them.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
